Therapeutic vulnerability mapping

We combine multi-omic profiling and functional screening to find dependencies shared by resistant subclones or created during adaptation.
Central question

Which vulnerabilities remain accessible across a heterogeneous tumour before and after treatment?

A target that eliminates only the dominant tumour population may leave minor resistant populations untouched. The laboratory searches for vulnerabilities that either span multiple subclones or become selectively essential during therapeutic adaptation.

Integrating single-cell states with proteomics, pharmacological screens and genomic perturbation allows candidate combinations to be prioritised in models that retain clinically relevant heterogeneity.
